This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit, contact or make a purchase from (the “Site”).

Personal Information We Collect

When you voluntarily visit the Site, and depending on how you interact with the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.

Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.  

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

How Do We Collect Your Personal Information?

You directly provide our site with most of the data collected, for example:

  • When you place an order for any of our products.
  • When you voluntarily complete a customer survey, review or feedback form.
  • When you visit our website, we automatically receive your Usage Data such as IP Address.

In addition, ProTrackr is hosted on Shopify who provide an online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products to you.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, returns and exchanges, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

  • Communicate with you.
  • Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud.
  • When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising related to our products or services.
  • Third Party providers used by ProTrackr collect, use and disclose information they require to enable them to perform the services they provide to us, i.e. Shopify (see below).

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

What Legal Basis Do We Rely on To Process Your Information?

Consent – We may process your information if you have given us permission to use your personal information for a specified purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Performance of a Contract – We may process your personal information when we believe it is necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations to you, i.e. providing you our services, customer support, etc.

Legitimate Interests – We may process your information when we believe it is reasonably necessary to achieve our legitimate business interests and those interests do not outweigh your interests and fundamental rights and freedom. Eg send users information about special offers, analyse how our services are used so we can improve on them.

Legal Obligations – We may process your information where we believe it is necessary for compliance with our legal obligations, such as to cooperate with a law enforcement body or regulatory agency, exercise our legal rights, detect and investigate fraudulent, or illegal activity.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, our store is hosted on Shopify.  They provide us with the online e commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.  Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. 

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and these requirements ensure the secure handling of credit card details by our service provider. The PCI Security Standards Council which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover ensure that direct payment gateways adhere to PI-DSS standards.

On our site, we sometimes provide links that will direct you away from our site.  We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites who will have their own Privacy Policies to reference. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal data will be handled.

The security of your Personal Data is important to us, however no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee it's absolute security.

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Your Rights

Under GDPR and If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.  You can withdraw your consent for us to have your information by contacting us at
