I have only had their workout book for two weeks now and have already seen major improvements in the way I prepare, log, and track my progress in the gym. Every new session I am more aware about my limits and more importantly where and how to push them, all from a simple on hand tool. Many people I know use their phones to track workouts but having a booklet on hand makes things much more accessible and organised. 5/5 stars and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to improve their habits in the gym.
This book has been great in keeping me motivated for my weight/cardio workouts, the layout of the pages is so simple to follow, and it’s really helpful having the examples throughout! It’s been amazing having a physical book that I can have to hand to keep track of my strength progression along with being able to make notes about what I need to work on or what felt good. I’ve definitely found it motivates me to want to keep lifting more each week, so that I can keep beating my PBs.
The book is also great quality and really durable; after being banged around in my gym bag, it’s as good as new! Will definitely be using this as my go to tracker moving forward.
